Terms of Service

By using the CoinRedz bot or this site you accept the terms below.

1. Parties and scope

This document governs the relationship between the team operating the CoinRedz Discord bot, this website and all related services (together the "Service") and the person using it (the "User"). Adding the bot to a server, running any command, or signing in to this site means these terms have been read and accepted.

The Service is not affiliated with, owned by, or endorsed by Discord Inc. The User is also bound by Discord's own terms of service and community guidelines.

2. Age requirement

To use the Service you must meet Discord's minimum age (13 or older, depending on your country). A User buying a paid plan must be 18 or older, or have their legal guardian's consent. Accounts found not to meet the age requirement are closed.

3. Virtual currency (RedCoin)

RedCoin, particles and every similar value inside the Service are virtual content for entertainment only.

• They have no real-world value and cannot be converted to cash, crypto assets or anything else.
• They cannot be bought, sold, traded or transferred outside the Service.
• They are not the User's property; they are a limited right of use tied to the account.
• The team may change payout rates, prices and limits for balance reasons without prior notice.

The games of chance in the Service are not gambling: no real money is staked, none is won, and no loss causes any financial harm.

4. Paid plans

Premium plans can be bought two ways: with an in-game RedCoin balance, or in Turkish lira. TRY payments are taken through Shopier; card details never reach us and are never stored by us.

• A paid plan is not goods but a fixed-term or perpetual digital right of use.
• Once payment is confirmed the perks are added to the account automatically.
• Prices may change without prior notice; a change never affects plans already bought.
• Refund conditions are governed by the Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly forbidden and result in permanent closure of the account:

• Running commands with automation, bots, macros or scripts.
• Exploiting a software bug for your own gain instead of reporting it, including duplication exploits.
• Buying or selling virtual assets for real money, accounts or any other service.
• Opening multiple accounts to manipulate bonuses, rewards or leaderboards.
• Flooding the Service with requests, reverse-engineering it, or attempting to reach its infrastructure.
• Harassing, defrauding or misleading other users.

If you find a bug, please report it with the /feedback command or through the support server.

6. Account suspension

In case of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or risk to the integrity of the Service, the team reserves the right to suspend, reset or permanently close an account without warning. In that case no refund or compensation may be claimed for virtual assets or remaining paid-plan time.

If you believe the decision was wrong you may appeal through the support server; every appeal is reviewed.

7. Continuity of the Service

The Service is provided "as is". It is not guaranteed to run uninterrupted, error-free or without data loss. Maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures or Discord-side outages may occur. The team reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the Service in whole or in part.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the team is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, nor for loss of virtual assets or data. In any case total liability is limited to the amount the User paid for the Service in the last six months.

This limitation does not remove the consumer's statutory rights.

9. Intellectual property

The Service's source code, design, logo, mascot and texts belong to the team. They may not be copied, distributed or used to produce derivative works without permission.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes are announced on the support server. Continuing to use the Service after a change means accepting the new terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Turkish courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes. For any question or notice you can write to the support server.
