Refund Policy

The right of withdrawal on premium plans, and what is and isn't refundable.

1. Scope

This policy covers premium plans bought in Turkish lira. TRY payments are taken through Shopier; a refund is returned to the card the payment was made with.

Purchases made with RedCoin fall outside this policy. RedCoin is a virtual in-game value; because it has no real-money equivalent, spent RedCoin is not returned.

2. Right of withdrawal

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, a consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, under article 15/1-ğ of the same regulation, "contracts for services performed instantly in electronic form or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" are an exception to that right.

Because premium perks are added to your account the moment payment is confirmed, the service counts as performed instantly. You confirm this on the purchase screen, and after that confirmation the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

3. Refundable cases

A full refund is given in the following cases:

• Perks were never granted: Payment was taken but premium did not reach your account within 24 hours and the fault was ours.
• Double charge: You were charged more than once for the same plan.
• Unauthorised transaction: The payment was made without your knowledge and this was reported to the bank.
• Permanent shutdown: If the service ends entirely before your fixed-term plan expires, the unused time is refunded pro rata.
• Wrong plan: A system error granted a different plan from the one you bought.

4. Non-refundable cases

• Changing your mind after the plan has been granted.
• Being dissatisfied after using the perks.
• Losing virtual money in the games — the games are based on chance and outcomes are not subject to refunds.
• Your account being closed or suspended for breaking the rules.
• Your Discord account being deleted or closed, or you losing access to it.
• You leaving the server the bot was added to, or the bot being removed from it.
• Temporary maintenance, outages and updates (as long as the service has not permanently ended).
• A lifetime plan, more than 14 days after it was granted.

5. How to request one

• Come to the support server and open a request.
• Share your Discord username, your Shopier order number and the payment date.
• Briefly explain the reason for your request.

Requests are reviewed within 7 business days. Approved refunds are passed to Shopier and usually reach your card within 3–14 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

6. Partial refunds

On fixed-term plans a partial refund is only given if the service is permanently discontinued, and it is calculated pro rata on the remaining days. No refund is given for days already used.

7. Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback directly with your bank without contacting us first, your account is permanently closed and you are blocked from making new purchases. If there is a problem please talk to us first; every request that reaches us is resolved quickly.

8. Price changes

Prices may change. The price at the moment of purchase applies; a later discount does not create a right to a refund of the difference on past purchases.
